This, the privacy statement of Broca Group plc ("Broca"), discloses the information privacy practices for Broca website ("Broca site"). Last updated 1st March 2007.

Broca collects personally identifiable information ("PII") about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. PII includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your phone number, or e-mail address. Although you are required to register as a member of the Broca site in order to use certain areas and some PII is needed in order to process and fulfil requests, many areas of the Broca site can be accessed without providing any PII. Broca collects PII when you register to receive the latest news and information regarding Broca via the SMS Mailing List, participate in a survey or download information regarding Broca's products and services.

Occasionally Broca may offer site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey. Information collected by Broca when you participate in a survey may include your full name, e-mail address, street address and employer.

Other Information Collected by Broca
Broca collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to the Broca site. IP addresses are not linked to PII.
